Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence has a low-ankle sprain and will be limited in practice this week, NFL Network reported Monday.

Lawrence’s right ankle was stepped on in the second quarter of Sunday’s stunning 9-6 win over the Buffalo Bills. He left the game but was able to return after missing a few plays. X-rays on the ankle came back negative, per the report.

He’s expected to be ready Sunday when the Jaguars (2-6) meet the Colts (4-5) in Indianapolis.

“Trevor’s good. I just saw him,” Jags coach Urban Meyer said Monday. “He should be a go this week. Fergie (director of athletic training Jeff Ferguson) is saying a little limited. I don’t believe that. Knowing Trevor, he’ll be ready to go on Wednesday.”

Meyer also expects running back James Robinson (heel) and left tackle Cam Robinson (back) to return for Week 10 as well. James Robinson missed the game against Buffalo with a bruised heel.

“I expect him to be limited a little bit early in the week but I’m hearing everything’s real positive (for Sunday),” Meyer said.

Robinson leads the Jaguars with 482 yards rushing and has five rushing touchdowns.

Cam Robinson sat out the Buffalo game with back tightness.

Lawrence threw for 118 yards on 15-of-26 passing against the Bills. C.J. Beathard came in for Lawrence and completed both of his pass attempts for 33 yards.

After starting the season 0-5, the Jags have won two of their past three games.

On the season, Lawrence has completed 59.5 percent of his passes and thrown for 1,821 yards with eight touchdowns against nine interceptions. The Clemson alum was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
